SHIPPING POLICY

 

We ship from production and fulfillment partners across North America and Europe, and we ship worldwide.

 

PROCESSING TIMES

 

Adhesive patches and stickers ship within 1–3 business days. Apparel and accessories are made to order and take 2–5 business days to produce before they ship.

 

SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES

 

Canada: FREE standard shipping on orders of $75 CAD or more. Orders under $75 ship for a flat $4.99 CAD. A tracked shipping upgrade is available at checkout for $7.99 CAD. Delivery is typically 3–8 business days after dispatch.

 

United States: Rates calculated at checkout, with free standard shipping on orders over $100. Delivery is typically 5–10 business days after dispatch.

 

International: We ship worldwide. Rates are calculated at checkout and delivery typically takes 10–20 business days depending on destination and customs processing.

 

TRACKING

 

Every order receives a tracking number by email as soon as it ships. Orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate packages — don't worry, the rest is on its way.

 

CUSTOMS & DUTIES

 

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes on arrival. These charges are set by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.

 

LOST OR DELAYED ORDERS

 

If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days (Canada/US) or 45 days (international) of the shipping confirmation, email dressmydiabetes@gmail.com and we'll track it down or make it right.
